At Rinse, we want you to glow with confidence; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns on all products within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are gently used or unopened to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Pack Your Products

  Securely place the items in their original packaging or a similar sturdy box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from your email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
